ThreeWill's vision is to:
“Turn the art of software development into a science by properly utilizing the right people, process, and technology to create solutions that help our clients innovate and succeed.”
This has been the vision since the inception of the company. The focus of the first five years of the company was to help our clients build custom solutions from the ground up on frameworks provided by the Microsoft platform. We have been steadily transitioning over the last couple of years to build more and more solutions on top of the Microsoft Office 2007 System. We see great potential to build some high value collaborative solutions on the platform. In order to serve our clients better and build further on our organizational capabilities, we are going to focus primarily on the Office 2007 platform and building collaborative solutions.
Our Mission
Our mission is to:
"Help our clients innovate and succeed by implementing custom collaborative and workflow solutions on the SharePoint platform."
We will achieve this by effectively focusing on the following areas:
- People – Building an organization with a strong culture that is focused on working as a team and making and keeping commitments to help clients build solutions that help them increase organizational productivity.
- Process – Utilizing an effective, agile, lightweight and repeatable process on all our projects. We are focused on using agile methodology to help meet and exceed client expectations and give clients options and control throughout the project.
- Technology – Staying on top of the technologies used in our solutions. We are focused on the key technologies within the Microsoft Office 2007 System that address organizational productivity including Windows SharePoint Services, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Windows Workflow, and Office Client Customization.
ThreeWill’s fundamental business model is based on People, Process and Technology. We feel that these domains are interdependent and we can achieve great service for our clients at the intersection of these domains.
