Building an organization with a strong culture that is focused on working as a team and making and keeping commitments to help clients build solutions that help them increase organizational productivity.
Process
Utilizing an effective, agile, lightweight and repeatable process on all our projects. We are focused on using agile methodology to help meet and exceed client expectations and give clients options and control throughout the project.
Technology
Staying on top of the technologies used in our solutions. We are focused on SharePoint as a platform. This focus will help us make sure that we can mature through the years and be able to provide killer solutions for our clients.
ThreeWill’s fundamental business model is based on People, Process and Technology. We feel that these domains are interdependent and we can achieve great service for our clients at the intersection of these domains
Our Name
One of the first questions that people ask is “Where does the company name come from?” There were a number of reasons why we chose this name:
- The ThreeWill Philosophy – The Three in ThreeWill is based on our belief that a balanced focus on People (the who), Process (the how) and Technology (the what) on projects will help us to deliver better solutions for our clients.
- Our Corporate Values – Free will is a core company value. Free will is a value that reminds us that we have the freedom to choose to make the right decision, which can often be difficult, to help each other and our clients to succeed.
Our Tagline
Our value of free will helps to explain our tagline, “Choose to Succeed.” We all make daily decisions, but do we choose to take the path that will ultimately lead to success? At ThreeWill, we want to grow as a company by choosing the often difficult path when challenged.
Our Logo
Finally, the name and tagline provide background on the meaning behind the logo. Besides the obvious merging of a T with a W for ThreeWill, the logo represents a door – a symbol of a choice to be made. Also, the three pillars in the logo are a reminder of the balanced focus on People, Process, and Technology.
