Leadership Team

Tommy Ryan, President

Tommy serves as the President for ThreeWill. Besides running the day to day operations, he is responsible for two of the most important areas of our business – hiring the best people and helping them grow while at ThreeWill and making sure that we deliver on projects.

He has over twenty years of technical project experience and over fourteen years of software consulting experience. Tommy worked for a number of years at W.L. Gore and Associates (Gore), where he was a Process Engineer. Many of Tommy’s strong beliefs in running a company (flat structure; more focus on responsibility and commitments rather than titles; and providing sponsors rather than managers to enable people to succeed) come from his years at Gore where he was involved with manufacturing Gore-tex (R) fabric.

Tommy has a strong technical background in Microsoft Development, and has co-authored books on a number of Microsoft .NET technology subjects.

Tommy holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University. Tommy enjoys spending time with his wife Linda (who also works at ThreeWill) and their three children.

Danny worked for a number of years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was part of growing their Microsoft Ecommerce Practice.  This is where he formed his foundational skills in project management and process. He believes in heavy testing, lightweight software development processes, and stacking teams with the best people you can to ensure success.
