Overview

Business Value Planning Services (BVPS) is ThreeWill’s service offering to improve key business processes to save money and to help our clients identify ways to leverage their investment in SharePoint.

The service is delivered in a workshop format that is either 3, 5, 10 or 15 days long. The 5 day workshop is the most popular format. The cost of the service may be free if you have Microsoft Software Assurance or a fixed price based on the number of days.

The deliverable for the 5 day workshop covers the key topics that should be covered to understand the business case including costs/benefits along with a risk and implementation plan. Take a look at an example deliverable for a 5 day workshop (PDF, 900K)

Workshops are the standard way that we start our engagements with new clients interested in one of our solution types.

Benefits

  1. Build a convincing business case to drive change and improve your business processes
  2. Realize a greater return on your existing SharePoing investment
  3. Create an implementation plan with estimates to help you put together a sound plan
  4. Receive 3rd party solution analysis and services from ThreeWill

Costs

This program is available to companies with Microsoft Software Assurance. The number of engagement days is 3, 5, 10, or 15, as determined by your Microsoft Software Assurance coverage.

ThreeWill also offers this program to companies with 250 or greater employees at a rate of $1,500 USD per day. For example, the most popular 5 day format workshop has a fixed price of $7,500 USD.

Why not invest this money to make sure that you understand the costs, benefits, risks, and timelines involved in moving forward with improving a process?

Customer Involvement

To facilitate the workshop, customers should identify a project sponsor and appropriate stakeholders and subject matter experts who will be willing to work with ThreeWill to conduct the project. Team members should have in-depth knowledge of the problems and processes to be addressed during the project, and can assist in building buy-in for the developed solution. Customers will also be responsible for facilitating on-site logistics (e.g., conference rooms, building access, partner network access, etc.) and identifying and providing ThreeWill with relevant materials prior to and during the project.
